The hotel is perfectly situated near key attractions like the Duomo and Accademia Gallery, making it very convenient for sightseeing. We found the rooms spacious and clean, with a lovely ambiance that added to our experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially in helping us book tours. However, there were some issues with room temperature and a cleanliness concern that needs addressing.
